1. Introduction Reveel provides Shipping Intelligence analytics services for businesses (our “Clients”) who may submit shipping data related to their own customers (“End-Consumers”) in order for us to provide our services. The use of “you” and “your” throughout this Privacy Policy will, depending on the context, refer to a Client, End-Consumer, or Visitor, further defined below.
   Clients: You have engaged Reveel for Shipping Intelligence analytics services.
   End-Consumers: You receive shipped products from Client and your data may be passed to us by Client in order for us to perform analytics services for Client.
   Visitors: You are browsing our Sites or have applied for a job at Reveel.
2. What Types of Personal Information Do We Collect? Clients
   Information You Give Us. You may give us information by signing up for an online account, entering information through our online forms or surveys, contacting us through our Intercom LiveChat service, or contacting us by phone or email for information or customer service.
   The categories of information include:
   • Contact information, such as name, address, location, email, and telephone number
   • Online identifiers, such as IP address, cookies, username, and password
   • Financial information, such as bank account or credit card number, for Reveel account holders
   End-Consumers
   Information We Collect from Clients. If you are an End-Consumer who receives any shipped products from our Clients, we may collect the following categories of information in our role as a service provider to our Clients:

   • Mailing information, such as name, postal address, and telephone number
   • Commercial information, such as product lists, invoices, or other purchase histories
   Visitors
   Information You Give Us. You may give us information by signing up for an online account, entering information through our online forms or surveys, contacting us through our Intercom LiveChat service, or contacting us by phone or email for information or customer service.
   The categories of information include:
   • Contact information, such as name, address, location, email, and telephone number
   • Online identifiers, such as IP address, cookies, username, and password
   • Professional, employment, or education information, such as copies of your resume or CV and any other information required to verify your qualifications, for recruitment purposes
   Information We Automatically Collect. Like many website operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website.
   This includes Log Data, such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics, and whether you reached our page via a social media or email campaign.    • To provide Clients with our services on our platform, which includes shipping and invoice analytics
   • To market our products and/or services to Clients
   • To invoice and collect payment for our services to Clients
   • With respect to de-identified or aggregated information, to use for our own business purposes, such as improving our services or operations
   • With respect to website cookies, to share with third-party marketing partners to provide tailored advertising on our Sites and other websites that you may visit
   • To analyze Sites usage and improve the services offered
   • For market research, project planning, troubleshooting problems
   • To provide Visitors with employment opportunities

   Targeting/Advertising Cookies. We may use Google Ads, SharpSpring, or the Trade Desk to deliver tailored advertising on our Sites and other websites that you may visit.    End-Consumers’ Rights. If you are an End-Consumer (that is, a customer of a business that uses or has used Reveel to analyze shipping data), you will need to contact that business regarding your data rights. Reveel acts as a service provider to the business, and it is the business who must complete your consumer requests. If you are an End-Consumer and we receive your data privacy request, we may redirect your request to the applicable business and use our best efforts to assist you, but this cannot be guaranteed if we do not know which business you are a customer of.
   California Privacy Rights
   If you are a California consumer, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA):
   • The right to know what personal information is being collected about you.
   • The right to know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom.
   • The right to say no to the sale of personal information.

   Request for Information and Deletion (CCPA).    Third Party Marketing.
