Chad Beville

Managing Partner, San Diego

Chad Beville co-founded Reveel in 2006. He oversees the company’s strategic and tactical vision, along with business development. Chad created and implemented Reveel’s proven successful sales structure, as well as the training and development program for the company’s dedicated team of local experts.

Prior to co-founding Reveel, Chad worked in various sales roles for DHL, where he developed customized solutions to streamline his clients’ shipping processes. As one of DHL’s top Senior Account Executives, Chad was responsible for a more than 28% increase in regional profits, making the Western Region the fastest producing area in the nation.

Chad serves on the Alumni Board of Directors for his alma mater, the University of San Diego. Additionally, he serves on the board for the San Diego Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).

Josh Dunham

Managing Partner, Los Angeles

Josh Dunham co-founded Reveel in 2006, and is responsible for creating and advancing the corporate strategy and vision of the business. He directly oversees the technology and operations departments. Under his guidance, Reveel successfully acquired a technology partner and is now the industry leader in machine learning technology.

Prior to co-founding Reveel, Josh served in several sales roles at DHL. He quickly became a top producer and remained in the top 1% of nationwide sales throughout his tenure. Josh has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Pepperdine University.

Josh serves on the board of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and will serve as the Orange County President next fiscal year. Josh finds passion in building. Whether it’s Reveels’ technology products, company culture, high performing teams, strategy, vision, or a motorcycle or truck, he loves creating things and making them great.

Nick Nowaczyk

Vice President, Operations, Phoenix

Nick joined Reveel in 2010 and quickly became a top performer for the company. In addition to being a leader in new client acquisition, he’s now responsible for recruiting and mentoring new team members. Nick has a talent for establishing great relationships with clients, and a strong passion for Reveel’s mission.


Prior to joining Reveel, Nick was a sales executive with FedEx in Phoenix and San Diego. While there, he used his analytical skills to develop tools for the FedEx sales force nationwide. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from The University of Arizona, and is a proud and active member of The University of Arizona Alumni Association Phoenix Board.

Dan Norman

VP of Product


Dan Norman is the VP of Product at Reveel™, based in Irvine, CA. He currently leads the company’s product strategy – connecting innovative solutions to our customer’s most felt needs. Before Reveel, Dan was a Partner and VP of Software Operations at PKC, a boutique custom software shop specializing in marketplace innovation. Dan has experience developing solutions for a variety of industries, including NGOs, energy, logistics, software virtualization, aviation, telecommunications, industrial automation, insurance, and mortgage finance. Dan has a passion for leading teams and connecting innovation to those who need it.

Brandon Sheppard

Sales Leader, Business Development, Denver

Brandon joined Reveel in 2017 as a member of the business development team. After two years of demonstrated skill in advancing the company’s mission, he was promoted to his current role of Sales Leader. These days, Brandon is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing Reveel’s passionate business development team.


Brandon began his sales career in a strategic segment for UPS, where he rose through the ranks on the merits of his sales and leadership skills. After UPS, he spent four years in the medical device industry, where he earned national-level accolades and performance rankings. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska.

Jordan Allen

Senior Vice President, Sales, Nashville

Jordan joined Reveel in 2015 as a member of the business development team. As a Vice President, she works closely with clients to help improve profitability and increase market share by mitigating shipping expenses.


Prior to Reveel, Jordan worked in various roles at UPS in Chicago, including business development, pricing analysis, recruiting and training. When she came to Reveel, she was excited to finally put client needs over company margins. Today, Jordan serves Reveel’s nationwide client base out of Nashville, where she lives with her husband and two dogs. She graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Advertising Communications.

Steve Seidl

Manager, Client Success - Nashville

Steve joined Reveel in the spring of 2018 and is responsible for analytics, financial reporting services, and contract negotiations. With a strong technical background in logistics and finance and a deep understanding of carrier data and invoicing, Steve is adept at making information meaningful for Reveel’s clients.


Prior to Reveel, Steve held positions on both the client and consulting side of the industry; helping implement GL coding, order match, and custom analytics projects through system integrations and report writing. Steve is an Indiana University alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs.

Greg Merz

Analyst, Contract Management – Indianapolis

Greg joined Reveel in the winter of 2019 and is responsible for contract analysis and negotiations. With years of experience managing negotiation projects, Greg brings a skillset that turns analytical knowledge into savings for our clients.


Prior to Reveel, Greg held numerous transportation roles including contract analytics, audit manager and client services. His background has built a strong expertise in carrier operations and data that adds valuable insights to Reveel clients across credit recovery, reporting and reducing transportation costs. Greg is an Indiana University alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management.

Rebecca Lannon

Analyst, Contract Management, San Diego

Rebecca joined Reveel in the spring of 2020 and is responsible for contract analysis and negotiations. She brings over a decade of direct carrier experience as a Revenue Management Analyst at FedEx. Rebecca has moved to the other side of the table to work as an advocate for shippers helping them navigate the complexities of carrier pricing and achieve the most competitive customized pricing programs.

Prior to Reveel, Rebecca began her logistics career at FedEx creating customized pricing programs for parcel and LTL customers ranging from $50k to $250M before moving into consulting roles. This provided the foundation for her expertise in qualitative pricing analysis, carrier contracts, and revenue strategies. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
